Kanpur: A Class V student died of electrocution in Gajner's Seruva village here on Monday.
He was staying at his maternal home. The relatives who reached the information took the dead body to Tajpur Pali village of Narwal.
Aryan (13) son of Sushil resident of Tajpur Pali village of Narwal area in Kanpur Nagar lived in the house of Nana Bhola Paswan in Seruva village.
He was a student of class V in the primary school of the village.
According to family members, Aryan did not go to school on Monday.
Nana Bhola had gone to Sarwan kheda market to buy vegetables. Nani Indra had also gone somewhere for work.
Aryan was alone at home. He got electrocuted while turning the table fan. The time was around 11 am.
Due to this he died on the spot. When Nana Bhola returned home from the market, he saw Aryan lying dead on the ground.
On his information, Aryan's father and mother Pinky reached the village of Seruva and cried after clinging to the son's body.
Sushil went to Tajpur Pali village with his son's body. Aryan was the eldest of three brothers. Aryan's family members have not informed the police about the accident, the police said.
