KANPUR: In yet another reshuffling by the State Government recently, the new SSP has been sent to Kanpur Nagar district.
This reshuffle comes at a time when Opposition parties have ridiculed the state govt for deteriorating law and order situation.
In the midst of transfers in the police department that were taken place on Saturday Kanpur Nagar District police chief Dinesh Kumar P. was transferred to Jhansi as SSP. While DIG Aligarh Range Preetinder Singh has been sent to Kanpur as Senior Superintendent of Police.
It will be apt to mention here that Dinesh Kumar P had joined Kanpur as recently as June 15.
According to the reports as many as 15 IPS officers have been transferred in the state.
