KANPUR: Why do savings account passbook balance printing machines at different banking branches function erratically? All the customers are not getting the service what they expect to receive.

However, when the passbook after insertion into the machine does not get the details, the customer becomes a little bit irritated.

At another branch of another bank, the bank employee failed in his attempt to operate the machine that could print the details of the accounts. The customer returned from the bank dejected, rejected and dismayed at the failure of securing information.
