India: Teachers becoming tough on students after exams

Kanpur: After completion of the half-yearly examinations the restrictions through the live classes seem to be increasing.

The students are told to maintain discipline during the class hour.

All the students are instructed to remain present online even after they have answered their attendance.

The teachers require this discipline to attend the teacher's call either for reading the book or answering the questions. It has also been made clear if they become lax, they will have to face absent mark.No excuses will be accepted, maintain teachers adding that their explanations will also not be received.

Regular classes are functioning even after the examinations. The students were expecting vacations but no choice.

Only those students got to know of their results who deposited the first quarterly fee of the present academic year. Even a handful of students were strictly told that they would not get a chance to write their papers if half yearly exam is left. Only the oral test will be taken.

Parents were left in the lurch as they will have to deposit the fee by the fee card.

To put a check on copying in the online system a via media appears to have been observed by the school, reports said.
