Kanpur: The President of India Ram Nath Kovind returns with a bitter experience of a poor traffic system in the city. His entourage had to pass through an intense traffic jam while comming from Civil Aerodrome to the Circuit House here.

A painful experience about traffic control may remain alive in his memory for a long.

His convoy to Circuit House turned to a different side from Seven Airforce Hospital here.

In such circumstances his convoy was not only stranded but also entered into other route therefore entwined into a jam.

Sensing the aberration of entering onto a different route, the police tried hard to clear the motorway in order to let the convoy pass.

Meanwhile, an ambulance also got caught in the severe jam. Aseem Arun, Police Commissioner, said that an ambulance that got stuck in the jam was allowed to pass through swiftly.
