Kanpur: IIT- K starts e-programs for the working youth. Abhay Karandikar, director of the institute, said the e-Masters program, wil begin from January, 2022. It will help improve professionals' skills and enhance their career options rapidly.
The qualification for admission to courses launched by IIT Kanpur requires a minimum of 55% marks in graduate or post-graduate programmes.
However, admission seekers will get four options including communication system cyber security, power sector regulation, economics and management, and derivatives market and risk management programmes respectively.
With 12 modules, the industry-centric deadline for completing this programme has been fixed at a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years.
All classes will be conducted online though the students will get a chance to visit the campus.
