Kanpur: A posh school's office remained a spectacle of triviality for a very special reason. Whether it was the window or the door, the throng of the guardians was seen as they were desperately trying to reach the office clerks to show the copies of the fee deposit receipt today morning.
This was an unusual scene on the day of the declaration of the final results of all the classes except tenth and twelfth.
This mob converged due to instructions on the part of the school no fee, no result.
More than this, the guardians were clearly informed that the defaulters should not come. Clearance of dues must be the first priority of the guardians.
Those guardians who had deposited the fee easily received the report card from the teacher concerned in the class itself. There was no crowd but bare empty.
As schools do not waive a few amounts in general this particular school in the Jajmau area was also not quite tolerant of this very benevolence.
Strangely enough, there was not as much crowd at the ration shop outside the school gate. The ration card holders were standing in a queue meekly.
However, the guardians inside the school building did not show enough discipline in arranging a queue. There were some returned by experiencing the suffocation of the crowded space.
There were causing a kind of confusion at entering the school by looking at the mob. Some did not perceive the exact room where the report cards were given. It was later they realised after noticing guardians stepping down the upper storey.
