Kanpur: Jajmau still lacks a dose of heavy rains. The clouds gather but it is not bringing rains to ward off the humid conditions prevailing all around. The real feel of the hourly temperature at 6 pm stays at 37° though the lowest temperature has been recorded at 32° at the time.
The residents living in the area are not able to get relief from humid weather which stays at 68%. It is proof of extremely humid condition.
Undoubtedly the humid conditions have been occurring since the last several days in the absence of heavy downpours in this tannery town.
Not only some but everyone has been complaining about it gravely but the control on the weather and the electricity supply is in different hands. One is controlled by natural power and another runs through transformers, they say.
Like the rare rains, the power supply gets interrupted several times a day. The residents have not understood the mystery of frequent disruption.
