UK's Supreme Court dismisses Huawei and ZTE patent appeals

LONDON (Reuters) - The United Kingdom’s Supreme Court on Wednesday unanimously dismissed appeals by Chinese mobile technology companies Huawei and ZTE in patent disputes with Unwired Planet International Ltd and Conversant Wireless Licensing.
