11 October 2023; MEMO: Lebanon’s Hezbollah today released a video documenting the moment an Israeli personnel carrier was targeted near the town of Salha on the border with Israel.
The video shows the personnel carrier being targeted with two guided missiles, which led to its burning and being destroyed. The group did not reveal whether there were soldiers inside, though reports appear to show no one was hurt in the attack.
Hezbollah released a statement saying: “In retaliation for the Israeli assaults on multiple observation points belonging to the Islamic Resistance, our dedicated Mujahideen launched a precision strike using two guided missiles on an Israeli military vehicle, Zelda-type vehicle, at the Al-Sadah site to the west of the town of Salha, known as the Avivim settlement. The target was successfully hit and completely demolished.”
Hezbollah engaged in the confrontation with the Israeli occupation through exchanged bombing in the Shebaa Farms and various points.
The party mourned a number of its members who were martyred during the exchange over the past two days.
