TEHRAN, October 25. /TASS/: The supreme leader of Iran, Ali Khamenei, said the US is complicit in Israeli crimes against the Gaza Strip, Iran's Press TV reported.
"The US is no doubt an accomplice in the crimes of the Zionist regime (Israel - TASS) against the people of the Gaza Strip," the television channel quoted Khamenei as saying.
The leader said the US is behind the crimes committed against Palestinians in Gaza. Commenting on visits by Western leaders to Israel and Palestine, he said that "the visits of heads of villainous states, oppressor states to the [Israeli-occupied Palestinian] territories demonstrate their concern over the possibility that the Zionist regime will collapse."
"Muslim governments should not look passively at the wrong-doers. Palestine will certainly prevail," Khamenei said.
US President Joe Biden, UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, French President Emmanuel Macron and some other Western leaders have recently paid solidarity visits to Israel.
