KANPUR: Very appearance of the thundering plane high in the sky during the afternoon astounded kids in Jajmau area on Friday. As the planes flew past the densely populated area they tried to fathom why it was creating a thunderous sound. They fail to understand that the planes' speed was extremely fast, even more than the speed of sound.
The kids offering Friday prayer at the mosques left the row and began to look at the sky where the planes were hovering with a thunderous sound. Their run for viewing the planes exhibited an urge hidden in the heart.
As the prayer was to complete at one big old mosque in Jajmau kids did not wait for the completion of the dua and ran away in the open to have a glance. One 12-year-old boy told that the echo was so powerful that we swarmed to look at the moving planes. Another said such scenes were rarely experienced, so we developed a fondness.
