Kanpur: Junior class students were surprised to know of the school holidays declared following the Chief Minister's order on Friday. As they were in preparation for appearing at the paper, the news came as a shock to them.
The holidays were declared in the wake of the Corona infection spreading fast. So, this step was taken as a precautionary measure.
Reacting to the sudden declaration of the holidays, one student told it was bad news as we will have to wait for more days for the examinations. Another student said what was the use of study if holidays declared. The third student stated that we were still to be relieved from the study.
The notice issued by the school authorities was that a further date of examination would be declared later.
