KANPUR: Women are turning towards yoga, exercises and physical activity in order to tone up their muscles at the home in tough days of the ongoing lockdown. This sheer tendency keeps the body healthy in every way. There are women of different ages and sizes in the tannery town here who are not only taking recourse to methods like jumping, hopping, and other physical workouts but also losing weight as a result.
When such kinds of women were contacted in different localities of the area, they disclosed in their own way how they are benefitted by choice and free will.
One 40-year-old woman told that she was a usual visitor to the gym earlier but regularity got discontinued suddenly. After the adverse juncture, she started her physical exercises and obviously results are quite good.
Another young married woman maintained that she kept herself busy in exercises. Some loss of weight has certainly come about.
Taking inspiration from these two women, a short-sized lady living in the far-off locality also jumped into the practice of workouts. Making her points clear she pointed out that the day lockdown deadline was over she would have lost her weight amply of her flabby body on a larger scale. If the confidence level was high, there was no need to restrict her from strong determination, others believe.
