Kanpur: Mostly cloudy and humid weather with slight rains penetrated the Jajmau area on Friday afternoon. Humidity does not end till the sunset.
Though rains have started in the afternoon, it was not sufficient. Sometimes the speed was fast while the intensity was not heavy.
Scanty rains are supposed to be causing the humid condition. The real feel of the evening temperature hovers to 30° Celsius.
Older people say heavy rainfall is the only solution to humid conditions.
What increases the trouble in the evening in the Jajmau area is sudden electricity failure. Air is not blowing nor the clouds pour rainwater upon us. We thus bear the brunt of the natural situation and the power department. How could we escape from intense hot weather?
