Kanpur: Not only repetition of questions but a misprint in LL.B. first semester examinations papers have also come to the knowledge of Kanpur University.
According to the news reports, examinees participating in the fourth question paper of first-semester law have complained of a misprint in alternatives of the answers printed in the paper. They were at odds after the distribution of the question paper at the examinations centres here on Wednesday.
The law students appearing at the Law of Crime Paper were troubled to find sheer misprints in the answer options against various questions.
Several students apprised of the flaw to the invigilator on duty in the examination room. They were said to assist the students with the right directions.
Likewise, as many as fifty questions were repeated in the Family Law Paper held on Saturday. Examinees were enraged and created a ruckus.
Acting promptly upon the flaws, the University authorities have directed the centre superintendents to return the question sheets of the third paper held Tuesday.
It will be decided later whether a re-examination of the third paper will be conducted or not, added the authorities concerned.
It has also been learnt that the examinees were very much displeased at the problem of misprints in the question paper.
