According to Ynet News, these countries were added to a previous list that included Cambodia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Fiji, Georgia, UK, Guatemala, Honduras, Kenya, Liberia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Namibia, Panama, Paraguay, Seychelles, Turkey, Uganda, UAE, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
The decision was an approval of a recommendation by the Ministry of Health raised after the country experienced a dramatic increase in the number of reported COVID-19 cases.
The Ministry of Health recommended that travelers from the listed countries must quarantine for at least for seven days, whether they are vaccinated or not.
