Kanpur: Those applicants who filled up the Form-6 are now bemoaning at their bad luck. They did not find the Voter's identity card yet. The elections are not too far away and complaints and contacts were of no value. The electoral list is printed already.
Those first timer voter who received their card are feeling great. One girl who applied first time got the coloured identity card told the girl in her neighbour about her ID. This led the girl to apply online despite the date was over.
People's woes are unending as they are desperate to find their name in the list. They were even complaining at helpline number 1950.
Realising their problems the Kanpur seat observer Santosh Kumar summoned list of call details and complaints. Several applicants raise a query will they get chance to vote if submitted application.
