At Least 14 Killed And Hundreds Injured As Earthquake Hits Turkey
SIVRICE, Turkey, Jan 25 (NNN-ANADOLU) – At least 14 killed and 315 injured, in an earthquake in Turkey.
The tremor, with a preliminary magnitude of 6.8, shook the country’s east, just before 6 pm GMT, Turkish officials say.
It struck near the town of Sivrice in eastern Elazig province, causing buildings to collapse, the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency said, on Friday.
