NUSA DUA, Indonesia (AP) — Members of the Group of 20 leading economies ended their summit Wednesday with a declaration of firm condemnation of the war in Ukraine and a warning that the conflict is making an already delicate world economy worse.

The summit’s closing statement was noteworthy because world leaders managed to highlight a denunciation of the war despite the divisions among the group, which includes not only Russia but also countries such as China and India that have significant trade ties with Moscow and have stopped short of outright criticism of the war.

TOKYO, Nov. 15 (Xinhua) -- Japan's daily COVID-19 cases on Tuesday surpassed the threshold of 100,000 for the first time in two months, local media reported.

The National Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology, which develops military technology, offered a rare look at the Chien Hsiang drone designed to destroy enemy radars, and other unmanned combat aerial vehicles.

NUSA DUA, Indonesia (AP) — Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen said Tuesday he has tested positive for COVID-19 at the Group of 20 meetings in Bali, just days after hosting many world leaders, including President Joe Biden, for a summit in Phnom Penh.

In a posting on his Facebook page, the Cambodian leader said that he had tested positive Monday night and that the test had been confirmed by an Indonesian physician. He said he was returning to Cambodia and was canceling his meetings at the G-20 as well as the following APEC economic forum in Bangkok.

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 14 (NNN-Bernama) — The central banks of Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand have inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation on regional payment connectivity (RPC).

In a joint statement, the central banks said the cooperation, which was sealed on the sidelines of the ongoing G20 Leaders’ Summit in Bali, Indonesia, aimed to support faster, cheaper, more transparent, and more inclusive cross-border payments.

HANOI, Nov 15 (NNN-VNA) – Vietnamese Prime Minister, Pham Minh Chinh, and his New Zealand counterpart, Jacinda Ardern, yesterday, witnessed the signing of bilateral cooperation documents, after their talks here.

Cooperation deals between the ministries of education, and transport were signed. One of the deals involves civil aviation cooperation.
