Sputnik V vaccine to cost less than $10 for international market

25 Nov 2020, PTI: RDIF continues expanding existing agreements with international manufacturing partners to produce the vaccine for more than 500 million people in 2021 MOSCOW, Nov. 24, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- The cost of one dose of the Sputnik V vaccine for international markets will be less than 10. Sputnik V is a two dose vaccine.

Therefore, Sputnik V will be two or more times cheaper than mRNA vaccines with similar efficacy levels.[1] Vaccination with Sputnik V will be free of charge for Russian citizens.

Pakistan exports to UK increased by 30 percent

LONDON, Nov 24 (APP): Pakistan exports to the United Kingdom (UK), during the month of October 2020, registered at US $ 200 million as compared to US $ 154 million realized in the corresponding month of last year showing an increase of 30 percent.

According to Economic Trade and Investment Wing of Pakistan High Commission London, Pakistan imports from the UK in October 2020 stood at US $ 48 million compared to the imports of US $ 62 million in the corresponding month of last fiscal year showing a

People with immunity to COVID-19 can still carry virus, says Russian watchdog

"Immunity is not sterile, which means that the virus can exist in a person who is not ill and has no symptoms. The virus exists on mucous membranes and in other cells of the body," she explained.

Coronavirus situation in Russia mostly under control, Kremlin says

Turkey forces Germany to abandon search of Turkish-flagged ship in Mediterranean

BERLIN/ANKARA, Nov 24 (NNN-AGENCIES) — Turkey forced German soldiers to abandon an operation aimed at enforcing the Libya arms embargo in the Mediterranean, the Bundeswehr Military said.

According to the Joint Military Command, German marines boarded a suspicious Turkish cargo ship on Sunday to check its cargo. But shortly afterwards, Turkey as the flag state vetoed the search and the German soldiers then had to abort the mission.

Britain, Germany, France, Italy threaten to punish those obstructing Libya deal
