MOSCOW, July 9. /TASS/: Just like any other member of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Iran has the right to possess as much uranium enriched to 4.5% as it needs, Russia’s Permanent Representative to the Vienna-based international organizations Mikhail Ulyanov said on Tuesday.

MOSCOW/KIEV, July 10. /TASS/: The United States have failed to fulfill some of agreements on Ukraine reached during a phone conversation between the leaders of Russia and the United States in 2014, Russian President Vladimir Putin told US filmmaker Oliver Stone in the Revealing Ukraine documentary.

In the documentary, presented during the Taormina film festival on July 6, Stone asks Putin to comment on his phone conversation with then US President Barack Obama, which took place against the background of the 2014 mass rallies in Kiev, known as Maidan.

MOSCOW, July 10. /TASS/: Moscow’s Basmanny Court arrested 121.7 million euro on bank accounts of former Russian minister Mikhail Abyzov, who is facing fraud charges, court spokesperson Yunona Tsareva told TASS on Wednesday.

"On July 4, the Basmanny Court upheld a request by investigative bodies to impose arrest on financial assets belonging to defendant Mikhail Abyzov, amounting to 121.7 million euro, placed into banking institutions," the spokeswoman said.

MADRID, July 10. /TASS/: On Wednesday, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said in an interview with Spain’s El Pais newspaper that despite US President Donald Trump's stated good intentions towards mending ties with Russia, this is actually failing to translate into any genuine action.

According to the senior diplomat, Moscow has always welcomed Trump’s statements on his desire to improve ties with Russia. "The problem is that this good intention ends up with insufficient action," Ryabkov pointed out.

10 July 2019; DW: A German court sentenced 22-year-old Iraqi national Ali B. to life in prison for raping and killing a 14-year-old girl in Mainz. The man had admitted to murder but insisted that he and the girl had consensual sex.

The Iraqi man who killed a teenage girl in Germany was sentenced to life in prison on Wednesday, after a court heard that he had a serious personality disorder.

PARIS, July 9 (Xinhua) -- France, Germany, Britain and the EU High Representative on Tuesday expressed "deep concerns" over Iran's fresh move to raise the concentration of its enriched uranium beyond agreed limits, calling for an urgent meeting of a joint commission on the issue.

In a joint statement, foreign ministers of the European signatories of the nuclear deal told Iran to return "to full JCPoA compliance without delay," after the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has confirmed it had surpassed the limits set in the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action(JCPoA).
